Collections & Postage
Cookie Society cookies are collection or express post within Australia from Canning Vale.  You will be notified when your order is ready for collection or has been shipped. 

My Daily Graze gift boxes are available for collection from Canning Vale or hand delivered to a select group of postcodes.

Payments & Deposits
Custom Cookie Society orders require a 50% deposit for your order to be confirmed and processed, with the remaining balance payable closer to the collection or shipping date.
Advertised seasonal gift boxes and My Daily Graze gift boxes must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Care & Responsibility
Once products leave the possession of Cookie Society or My Daily Graze, responsibility for their care passes to the customer. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage once items have been collected or dispatched.
We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occur through postal services.
Please carefully read and follow the cookie care instructions provided to ensure your order is enjoyed at its optimum peak.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method and processed in accordance with your financial institution’s timelines.
A  fee may be retained to cover costs or losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
