Collections & Postage
Cookie Society cookies are collection only from Canning Vale, unless clearly marked as available for postage. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Payments & Deposits
Custom Cookie Society orders require a 50% deposit for your order to be confirmed and processed, with the remaining balance payable closer to the collection date.
Advertised seasonal gift boxes must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Care & Responsibility
Once products leave the possession of Cookie Society or My Daily Graze, responsibility for their care passes to the customer. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage once items have been collected or dispatched.
We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occur through postal services.

Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, including in the case of change of mind.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method and processed in accordance with your financial institution’s timelines.
A small fee may be retained to cover costs or losses incurred as a result of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Due to the perishable and often custom-made nature of our products, refunds or replacements are limited to circumstances required by law.
